Congratulations to Reuben Heal, who managed to secure a place on the podium in the Under 12 Boys category at the North Devon Wheelers Southfork Tour of Tesco Youth Series in Barnstaple on Sunday.
This was Reuben’s second podium of the year so far, matching his best 3rd place achievement in the Somerset RC – Bicycle Chain Circuit Race last month.

So Sunday was my first outing in a Revo Racing jersey and it was also my first proper time trial – The Four Firs sporting TT run by Exeter Wheelers.
Luckily I’m local to this event, so knew what I was in for! After a highly anticipated start to the 2016 Racing Season, our rider Jon Crouch decided to replace the smooth tarmac and sunshine after a recent Spanish retreat, for colder climes and the pot-holed roads of The Betty Pharoah Road Race in South Wales on Sunday.

The first race of the year for many across the SW, second or third for others. As we start to roll through March, the early season time trials continue to come. Today it was the 10 mile TT put on by CS Dynamo on the S26R/10 in East Devon. Today’s race was also the first in the Devon Cup Series, so some early season points up for grabs.

Today was the South West Women’s Race Day held at Westpoint Showground, Exeter. A three stage race consisting of an individual points, elimination, scratch race & supporting 4th category race.
Revo Racing was represented for the first time this year with Sue Williams taking part in her first criterium within a field of 40+ riders in the 4th Category. Sue put in a superb effort throughout the race and dug deep to come out of the bunch sprint in 5th place.
